Yoga is a method of self-study and personal transformation.
Through the tristhana method of asana (yoga postures),
breathing, and gazing point, yoga has the ability to focus the mind
and calm the nervous system. On a physical level, asana practice can
strengthen and create alignment in the body, and can aid with
digestion and internal flow by stimulating internal organs. Experience
the great feeling that comes from yoga.
